POLICY
At Amans we strive to provide excellent customer service to make your dining experience a memorable one.

In order for us to achieve our goal we have set a few policies in place to ensure the service we provide is second to none.​
​
RESERVATIONS
​
To ensure that we can accommodate other customers, we require customers to provide a deposit of £10 per person to secure bookings of a party consisting of 5 or more people at £10 per person. Deposit will not be taken immediately, but you will be required to provide your card details on our secure platform, which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, for security. All deposit must be made within 24 hours of reserving a table to confirm the reservation. Reservations made within less than 24 hours of the reservation time will be required to pay the deposit by the end of our trading day (please refer to our opening times). Ffailure to provide a deposit may lead to the cancellation of the reservation in order to provide the slot to others.

Changes to reservations of 8 or more people can be made 24 hours before the booking time. We understand your plans may change, you may cancel your reservation, of 1 to 8 people, by 12 noon on the day of your reservation at the latest via email by replying to your email confirmation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £10 per person being applied to your card. No shows will also result in a £10 per person charge.

SEATING
​
Please note that the booking time is when we politely request you to have taken your seats by. Unfortunately, we currently are unable to accommodate pre meal drinks.

We cannot guarantee tables and your table will only be held for 15 minutes after the booking time. We are currently allocating all tables with a 2 hour maximum time slot.
​
Whilst we aim to accommodate our customer requests, we are unable to guarantee access to certain sections of the restaurant.
​
All tables are allocated upon arrival, so we cannot unfortunately guarantee specific seating or tables close to other reservations.
​
PAYMENTS
​
Amans operates on a one bill per table policy. Separate card payments can be taken at the table, but payment and bill will only be taken away from the table when full payment has been made. Staff at Amans will not take responsibility to work out individual customer bill, our bills are itemised. Full payment of the bill will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation.

Please note, we no longer take drinks payment separately.
​
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
​
Disputes over services or product will be charged until a full investigation has been conducted. Non-payment for services or products provided will be charged on the card used as security for the reservation.
​
CHILDREN
​
While Amans is a family friendly restaurant, at the request of our guests, we would like to kindly ask parents/guardians with children on the premises to supervise them at all times for their own safety and for the comfort of other restaurant users.

DRESS CODE

Smart casual.
​
ACCESS FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND PRAMS
​
We have enough space to allow wheelchairs and prams to be parked next to a number of tables; however, we would request guests to reserve a table stating your requirements to ensure availability.
​
PETS
​
Only Guide Dogs welcome.
​
PREMISES USAGE
​
Facilities on our premises are strictly for the usage of patrons of Amans only. No smoking within the premises.
